现代设计理论与方法

Abstract: in this paper, according to the characteristics of "modern design theory and method" in this class, with the technology of virtual design as an example, in order to improve the application ability of the students, training and to realize the innovation ability as the goal, according to "Curriculum of modern design theory and method of" teaching, learning, examination and other aspects of the teaching mode are discussed.

Introduction

随着科学技术的迅猛发展以及计算机技术的广泛应用,设计领域正在进行一场深刻的变革,各种现代设计理论与方法不断涌现,设计方法更为科学、系统、完善和先进。传统设计方法已发展成为一门新兴的综合性、交叉性学科——现代设计理论与方法。现代设计理论与方法的广泛应用,必将为我国的工业生产带来巨大的经济效益,对提高我国工业产品的设计质量,缩短设计周期,推动设计工作的现代化、科学化方面将发挥巨大作用。

《现代设计理论与方法》涉及到的内容较多,设计方法种类繁多,而且课时有限,传统的讲解授课模式,教学效果必然是课堂气氛沉闷,学生感觉枯燥、单调,为此应根据《现代设计理论与方法》课程的特点,积极探讨教学方法,分析学生的知识结构,以应用为主导,适可兼并理论,综合应用多种教学手段,多侧面、多角度的向学生展示知识信息。

传统设计常用的设计方法有理论设计、经验设计和模型试验设计,设计过程是利用经验公式通过大量的手工或计算机计算,对所设计的产品的尺寸参数、性能等计算求解,制作模型样机,对实物样机进行试验分析、研究,有些试验是破坏性的,当通过试验发现缺陷时,又要回头修改设计制作样机,并再用样机试验,只有通过周而复始的设计——试验——设计过程,产品才能达到设计要求。

实践证明,通过教、学、考等环节的模式教学行之有效,可明显改善传统教学模式的种种弊端,增加教学的可视性、知识性、实用性和趣味性,使教学过程生动、鲜活、附有节奏感和时代气息,激发学生学习兴趣和创造性、参与性,提高学生分析实际问题的能力,为学生将所学理论和技能应用于生产和科研工作中打下坚实的基础。
